Shades of white dominated the Oscars 2023, as well as the Vanity Fair afterparty. Texture elevated the neutral tones, with ruched detailing, feather embellishments and metallic accessories being key. Emily Blunt, Naomi Watts, Cara Delevingne and Michelle Yeoh were just a few of the many who stunned at the event, looking both elegant and modern.
Perhaps setting the tone for the neutral trend, the carpet at the event was champagne coloured, marking a break with the traditional red carpet for the first time in over 60 years. Organisers said they wanted it to be “mellow, like a beach at sunset.”
