Artist John Booth has collaborated with hotel Rosewood London on the latest version of their Art Afternoon Tea. Titled the John Booth Collection the artist worked closely with Rosewood London’s executive pastry chef Mark Perkins to create a range of cakes based on his studio work, pairing textures to colour and forms.
