Color Factory is an ‘interactive art museum’ on the lower level of Chicago’s Willis Tower, working with a range of artists, institutions and nonprofits to create engaging experiences. Its latest collaboration is with British artist Liz West, known for her work using colour and light as a physical material. The Gradient Remix installation is a series of chambers illuminated in bright, blended colours, exploring how ‘sensory phenomena can invoke psychological and physical responses that tap into our own deeply entrenched relationships to colour’.
