Jonathan Anderson presented a groundbreaking collection for the Loewe mens S/S 23 catwalk show, blending sportswear and vibrant colour with clothes literally growing down the runway. Described as “a fusion of the organic and the fabricated”, garments and shoes were covered in live greenery, a result of an experimental process in collaboration with Paula Ulargui Escalona. Shown in an all-white space, the natural greens merged with a spectrum of vibrant, synthetic colours, such as tangerine, poppy red, fuchsia, cobalt and an almost neon yellow.
